Mandarin (tangerine) fruit is widely used in diets, low in calories (37 per 100 grams), high in fiber, rich in water, containing small amounts of sugars, is detoxifying and purification, retention battle fluid according to a study by a Canadian university, this citrus contains a substance called nobiletin, which acts as protective against obesity.
Nutritionally speaking, Mandarin is rich in vitamin C, contains vitamins A, B1, B2, B3 and B6 in smaller scale. Among the minerals it contains include: magnesium, phosphorus, bromine, calcium and potassium. Also has a high content of citric acid, folic, antioxidants and beta-carotene.
This Mandarin (tangerine) Diet is for only three days:
Breakfast: a glass of mandarin juice without sugar or 5 mandarins (tangerines); two slices of lean ham, coffee or tea (sweetener). Lunch: 5 mandarins; 250 grams of seasonal salad with lemon juice; coffee or tea (sweetener). Dinner: 150 grams of cooked lean meat; 200 grams of green salad with lemon juice; tea with honey.
Breakfast: a glass of mandarin juice without sugar or 5 mandarins (tangerines); ; two boiled eggs; coffee or tea (sweetener). Lunch:5 mandarins; 50 grams of cheese with a fat content of 20-30% Dinner: 200 grams of fish; lettuce.
Breakfast: 5 mandarins (tangerines); 2 tablespoons of oat cereal with a spoon of raisins, coffee (sweetener). Lunch: 5 mandarins; cup of vegetable soup or clear soup with crackers Dinner:200 grams of chicken; lettuce.
During the Mandarin diet , you should drink at least two liters of water per day and don’t forget to use a sweetener for the tea (or coffee).
