7 Day Summer Diet: Get Ready for Bikini Season

With the summer holidays upon us, there’s no escape: the time has come for the annual bikini face-off. The battle of the bulge. Can you do it? Dare you? Could you perhaps lose a little weight before you have to climb into what is effectively your bra and knickers to wear to the beach in front of your nearest, your dearest and dozens of complete strangers?

Follow this simple, seven-day summer diet to drop pounds and reset your cravings—for good.

Day 1

Breakfast – a cup of yogurt
Lunch – two boiled eggs, 20 g of cheese
Dinner – vegetable soup, apple;

Day 2

Breakfast – a cup of yogurt
Lunch – one boiled egg and 1 apple
Dinner – green salad

Day 3

Breakfast – tea without sugar
Lunch – 150 grams of cheese
Dinner – fruit salad (apple, avocado, banana)

Day 4

Breakfast – a cup of yogurt
Lunch – one egg, ten pieces of dried plum
Dinner – one boiled egg

Day 5

Breakfast – tea without sugar
Lunch – 150 g dried fruits (dates, prunes, dried apricots and others).
Dinner – one boiled egg

Day 6

Breakfast – a cup of yogurt
Lunch – 2 apples or 2 oranges
Dinner – a glass of kefir

Day 7

Breakfast – a cup of yogurt
Lunch – 30 g of cheese, orange or apple
Dinner – two boiled eggs

While dieting it’s very important that you drink at least two liters of water per day and go for a walk on fresh air for at least one hour every day.

Be sure to take before and after pictures—you might be amazed at the results in such a short period of time.
