Breakfast: 125 g of cheese, 1 tablespoon honey, unsweetened tea or coffee Snack: portions of fruits and vegetables (peppers, cucumber) Lunch: a piece of cooked meat, vegetable soup, fresh vegetables Snack: vegetables seasoned with vegetable oil Dinner: yogurt and fruit
Breakfast: cereals, yogurt, a few crackers, unsweetened coffee Snack: Smoothie with celery and apple Lunch: fruit or vegetables Snack: a glass of kefir Dinner: steamed vegetables – a mix of carrots, peppers, peas and beans, one cup of tea and a piece of chocolate – not more than 50 grams
