Lunch: 125 g cottage cheese, 1 tomato, 1 toast
Snack: one handful of nuts, almonds, or hazelnuts
Dinner: 125 g of boiled beef, 1 orange, 1 toast, 1 cup of tea without sugar

Fifth Day

Breakfast: 1 fruit (orange, pear, peach, anything other than grapes or bananas)
Lunch: 200g of boiled meat or fish, 1 tomato, 1 toast
Snack: one handful of nuts, almonds, or hazelnuts
Dinner: a pound of cooked carrots, potatoes or peas

Note: Cook the vegetables or meat without salt or use it very little.
