– 2 large spoons of aloe vera juice (30 g).
– Mint leaves: 15 g. (If you have peppermint oil, you can use it).
Not too complicated to prepare. First heated two cups of water (250 ml.). When it starts to boil, add 30 grams aloe vera juice. Mix well, then add mint leaves.
